Audio/video sync and delayed remote response
My audio and video frequently de-sync, particularly when using the YouTube app. The only solution seems to be restarting the cable box.
As for the remote lag, it occurs on both streaming services, live TV, and DVR recordings. It sometimes takes as long as ten seconds for the box to respond to the inputs from the remote.
These issues have been rather frustrating, as it isn't always convenient to restart the box. Would a newer model cable box resolve these issues?

Hi there @user_3696ec ! Thanks for reaching out here on the Community Forums about your sync and remote issues, they are totally frustrating! A new box may do the trick, but there could be other causes also. Do you subscribe to our internet service as well and if so, have you noticed any issues with your connection?
