Additional XG1v4-A TV boxes
I have three new 4k televisions and one XG1v4-A box that works in my whole house control system and need two additional XG1v4-A boxes for two of those televisions. I also have two smaller boxes that work off of my one XG1v4-A box, but they are not fully compatible with my whole house control system. I have been at the local Xfinity store and got the response that they don't have any, although I got my first one there two weeks ago. Was on the phone with Xfinity on Tuesday for a long time. After being shuttled around to various agents, I finally got to speak to someone in the technical department who seemed to understand my issue and to whom I gave the exact model that I needed two of. She said that the request was approved and the two XG1v4-A boxes would be shipped to me. Well, the boxes came today and of course they were the boxes that rely on the XG1v4-A box and not the XG1v4-A boxes. How should this issue be addressed?

@user_pkjd1e Thank you for reaching out and making this post so that I can assist you with making sure you have the correct devices you need! We do offer 4K boxes for our customers to use, and they are able to are obtained by shipments since most stores do not carry any, or enough, to provide. We offer two different versions of 4K boxes for our TV services, a DVR (XG1v4) and a Wireless (Xi6). If you are looking to obtain more XG1v4 boxes, then you would also need to be charged for having additional DVR boxes on the account. Are you looking to add additional DVRs, or just additional smaller boxes that don't need the recording functions? If so, then the XG1v4 wouldn't be the correct model, but rather our smaller wireless boxes, Xi6, would be the correct model to use. In most areas, this box would require having atleast one XG1v4 TV Box to function since it is wireless and needs the main box to work properly.
