How do I trade in my old dvr for a 4k dvr

Picked up the box, working great. I didn't lose my recordings or scheduled recordings.  And the Bluetooth is a Plus . I hooked to my hearing aids.  Thanks

You can wait for invite here to send a direct message.

You can call and ask when you finally get to a person. 

You can go to a store and hope they have one.  The wired XG1v4s seem rarely available in stores.   The wireless Xi6 box is in stock more often.

Great questions, typically the recordings are gone, but that is not the case if you have them on our Cloud DVR. Did you have a lot of content on your DVR?
