3rd Party App Warning

Is it possible to disable the new warning at the bottom of the screen that warns you that you are entering a 3rd party app?

you are correct,

but the guy above asked if it can be disabled, you did not answer his question with your response

no menu to do so, it is probably a required notice that the data counts even though it is used on a set top box (like the internet app Netflix)

that notifies you that your data being used counts toward your CAP (if you have one)

It should not block the app from starting.

Hi @Aahpvl

We appreciate you for using the Xfinity Forums. Thank you for letting us know of the issue you're having with the notification. The information provided by @andyross and @Rustyben is correct. After receiving the notification that you're entering a third-party app, you should still be able to get to the app. If you're still not able to, we need to investigate so we can get this resolved. Can you send me a private message? To send a private message, click on my name, "ComcastChe," and then click send a message. Please include your first and last name, the numbers associated with your address, and we can proceed from there.

Yes, I had same issue, l fix it by unplug the flex box power for 1 minute and plug it back, so it will show the warning only for 3 seconds and will go after.
