3rd party app sign in paramount plus

Can not sign on to Paramount Plus any more. Just circles and goes back to sign in button. Returned old box today and got new one and still the same problem! I am paying for this app that we watch all the time and now I can’t log in! It works on my phone and tv with Roku just not the 4 tv’s with cable. Netflix and Hulu work just not Paramount Plus. Not sure if it was an update that did this because it was working Saturday night and Sunday morning stopped working! Please help! Very frustrated!!!

I tested my personal subscription and equipment and do not encounter any issues. I have also looked to see if there are any known issues, and unable to find any. Do you have an active Paramount+ subscription through Paramount+ or do you only subscribe to 'Paramount+ with Showtime' (Formerly known as Showtime) through Xfinity?

I have an active subscription with Paramount plus. We have had it for several years. Watched a movie the night before and the next morning I had to resign in and that is when we couldn’t sign back in. But I can access it on my phone and on a Roku stick in a spare bedroom with no problem.  None of the TVs that have Xfinity cable will allow me to sign in any more. I read people had the same problem from an update that happens through Xfinity so I am wondering if this is the problem

I was able to successfully sign out and sign back in with my account @llom14. Would you be able to clear the cache/cookies on your set-top box to see if that helps clear out the login issues? You can follow the steps that are provided on our 'Clear locally stored data on X1 and Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity' support page. This would help clear anything that may be preventing you from accessing the application.

Will this mess up my other apps I have? Like Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+, Peacock? I don’t want them to be messed up also. I just exchanged the old box and got a brand new box 3 days ago so wouldn’t that already be cleared?

It will not mess up your other apps. I would say to go ahead and clear them anyway to see if that helps with getting you access back to the  Paramount+. Are you getting any error codes when you are trying to open the app?

No error code when trying to sign on…a circle spins for a few seconds then goes back to the sign in box
