 lost all of emails through comcas.net  Keep getting notfication to change email. Have chnged my email password  at comcast but hasn't helped. Is there a master password that I don't know about?

Hi there, @user_5jri61. You mentioned you get a notification to change your email, then also that you changed your email password. I'm not clear on this issue. Could you elaborate on if you were prompted to change your email or to change your password for your email? Also, can you tell us how you normally access your email? Thanks.

@BruceW​ i would like to talk to someone about making billing arrangements. Not sure why I was put into this type of form. This is not what I want. I would like my original.  Comcast, connection.
