When I send a text message from my desktop computer using email to a Xfinity phone using either vtext.com or mypixmessages.com I get this error message in my email: [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Is there a workaround to getting vtext or mypixmessages to work with xfinity? I can not send an email to either and receive it as a text message on my phone.
