number@vtext.com (SMS), number@mypixmessages.com (MMS) still not working

This problem has been posted to the Xfinity forum before, but was not resolved by xFinity.   The last entry I found regarding this problem was from May of this year, May 2024.

Has xFinity figured out why xFinity has a failure on this?   Has anyone figured this out?   Its a basic function available on all carriers, except, currently,  xFinity.  ..It did use to work on xFinity, but has not for some time.   Has a RCA been worked?

Well-worded problem statement by another user in May 2024:

Is there a workaround to getting vtext or mypixmessages to work with xfinity? I can not send an email to either and receive it as a text message on my phone. I don't know when it quit working but it is a very valuable feature for me. Is there an app that can convert an email to a text? Is there a way of doing it through forwarding to xfinity mail? What are the options to get around this service being removed from xfinity? I really need it.
