VM-16 error on OnDemand

I can't get OnDemand to work.  I keep getting a VM-16 error.

And the on-line support is 100% useless.  It won't let me connect to an agent without going through troubleshooting - which they already tried and it didn't work.

With the Xfinity OnDemand issue, that error indicates an issue with the set-top box communicating and gathering information for playback. Would you be able to follow the steps on our 'X1 System Refresh feature overview' support page to perform a System Refresh to see if that helps assist with the OnDemand issues?
