OnDemand gone now

As the cable boxes have not been upgraded yet, we no longer have access to ONDemand viewing of previous shows, free movies, paid movies.  Does this mean that we will get a discount now? As all of OnDemand features are no longer available, is a discount given? Just asking

Not likely unless they have a working replacement for your Legacy box. Everything else was working okay today except for ON DEMAND. on my Cisco RNG150N. I have been missing ON DEMAND for almost a year now.

Comcast removed our on demand from the Legacy boxes to force us to use their newer X1 box.  I tried it, hated it, returned it.  I've been a customer for almost 28 years.  If they don't give me my on demand back by the end if the year I'll switch to dish tv.  I'd even pay a small monthly fee to have it back.  There are numerous complaints about the X1 box.  It's awful!

I have the same issue.  Since our condo has a bulk account, and we do not have Xfinity internet, we can no longer stream HBO movies like we did before using Ondemand on the Cisco box  even though it is included in our bulk fee.

I feel Xfinity should supply an alternative.
