On Demand

I cannot watch any On Demand movies anymore. This just started-I will click on the movie, it says “free to me”, & then the three dots will come on like it’s loading. But then it goes back to the channel I was watching. I’ve tried about ten 10 movies, they’re all doing the same thing.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

I am experiencing the same thing. The only movie channel that has on demand is now MGM.

As I pay almost 300 a month for all the channels this is a big no no. 

Of course the support is some [Edited: "Language"] chat bot.

I guess it's time to shend 4 hours on the phone tomorrow...

Comcast removed access to on demand from all older boxes.  They are trying to force all to use their awful new X1 box.  They can easily put on demand back on our boxes just like they easily removed it.  I'm so fed up.  So many people don't want the X1 box and don't use streaming either.
