When I try to watch a show on demand it freezes or sound stops.. I have tried to reset.. so frustrating!

Are other people using devices when you watch a show?
What kind of a device are you watching on?
It sounds like you might not have fast enough broadband. Are you using Wi-Fi, or Ethernet cable?
Same here, with these new set top boxes it seem like this is an ongoing issue that the old boxes didn't have, such a shame, we can't enjoy watching on demand no longer.
Hey @Rose187! I love watching On Demand to catch up on shows I missed during the week, so I know I would definitely be frustrated if mine was freezing or having audio issues as well. Can you please provide an update on how things are working for you and confirmation of the questions asked above? We want to make sure that this is resolved for you so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies without issue.
