On demand episode missing

I have been watching the SyFy series "Killjoys" on demand, and season 4 episode 2 seems to be missing. When I try to play it the dots blink like it is loading and then it will loop back to the episode selection screen and say that episode 3 will play in 5 seconds. I have reset and restarted the box multiple times, but the episode is still missing! Other on demand shows are working fine.
