Missing OnDemand Content.

Heels episode 5 is missing.  It wasn't there last week and now it jumps from 4 to 6

Hello! Thanks for letting us know about this missing episode. I don’t know about you, but I sure love to binge watch a series when its good. I can imagine you are the same or at least don’t want to miss an episode in between! I’m glad you are reaching out to let us know about this.

Often, it is up to the network what they choose to broadcast and have available through OnDemand. That is also true for when there is a charge for the episode or if new episodes are delayed for availability. However, we can submit a ticket to eh network to try to have this added and we will work hard to get you your show included.

Have you tried also searching for this show with your voice remote to see if it is being aired live? If you are not able to find it, please send me a direct message and we will be glad to look into this further.

Here's the detailed steps to Direct Message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

@XfinityDevinC I have the same issue. Episode jumps from 4-6. Can someone please look into this on your end. It’s not the user.

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:
