Home On Demand no longer supported on TiVo (after 6/25/...

i need to reopen this issue as i have no solution.



becuase i have  business internet with public ips and servers and home cable , none of logins work with tivo stream.. i tried to solve this it was escalated but never solved.  I cannot use tivo stream to et my removed on -demand as the internet accout says i do not have tv services and the xfiinity cable tv account says i need an xfiinity internet..


Pllease look into resolving this for me as I have rokus and could use it there if you would ge the working

We sincerely apologize for the confusion. On June 25th, 2019 we made the decision to remove the Xfinity On Demand app from TiVo devices because the platform uses outdated technology that can't be updated and is therefore susceptible to security breaches. The decision to remove the feature was made in close consultation with TiVo.


We informed customers of the change via letter (direct mail) and email on Saturday, May 25.


Note: If you don’t have an Xfinity TV Box that’s capable of viewing On Demand content, you may receive another notification on June 25 (also via letter and email). The notification will remind you that you can watch On Demand content, including your Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) programs, on a device that can access the Xfinity Stream app. Please note that you will not be able to view or access your SVOD subscriptions otherwise. 


Below you will find some additional FAQs that may be able to address further concerns. 


Does this include access to Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) packages I access through Xfinity On Demand, like DOGTV and History Vault On Demand?
Yes. In order to continue watching this content, you'll need an Xfinity TV Box or a device that can access the Xfinity Stream app (Roku, certain Smart TVs, smartphone, tablet or computer). See Subscription Xfinity On Demand Packages for more information.

Will any other parts of my TiVo experience be affected by this change?
No, no other part of your TiVo experience with Xfinity will be affected. You can still watch and record live TV, and your recordings won’t be deleted.

Are there other ways I can watch On Demand content?
Yes. If you have an Xfinity TV Box, you can still access your On Demand content, including any SVOD subscriptions. You can also access all of your On Demand content via the Xfinity Stream app and portal, which is available on Apple and Android devices, computers/laptops, Roku devices, Samsung Smart TVs and more.
