That's great. I am glad that you were able to get it resolved. You can also manage your channels using the Xfinity My Account app. The Xfinity My Account App makes it very easy to control your subscriptions.
Just open the Xfinity My Account App and login Then Scroll down the page and find "Manage Channels" You may need to sign back in at this point There you can manage your subscriptions to individual channels
