ABC on Demand Latest Will Trent

The Will Trent and The Rookie are on demand for 3/11/2025 however all you get it a blank screen for both.  Rest of Demand works fine

I am seeing the same for ABC, I tried "Shifting Gears" and General Hospital", just a black screen.

@Kurts34 Thank you for taking time out of your day to report the On Demand content that wasn't being delivered successfully. It appears to be working at this time. What are you seeing on your side when you try to watch "Shifting Gears" and "General Hospital" at this time?

I am sorry to hear you are getting a blank screen for these OnDemand shows. @user_extsox I want to make sure we are respecting your time and not repeat the steps you have taken previously. What additional troubleshooting steps have you taken?

It’s not our equipment you [EDITED: Inappropriate], it’s whatever problem happens when uploading or downloading the ABC SHOWS during your update processes. In March I had the same problem with Will Trent and The Rookie.  Yesterday I had trouble with Paradise.  Today again Will Trent and The Rookie.  The prior week’s episodes play fine.  Resetting our boxes doesn’t help.

hi, if you have an iPad (or maybe other device) with the Xfinity stream app you may be able to watch it. If it plays I cast to the tv because I don’t like watching on the iPad. Sometimes I can’t get the closed captioning to work this way. I am casting The Rookie now and did Will Trent yesterday. I still only got the blank black screen on the X1 box.  They may be available to play after a few more days.

@BSchultz904@user_pcwscm, @oldnjguy49, this is a known issue on viewing newer On Demand content from ABC. The current workaround, as mentioned, is to view the content on the XFINITY Stream app. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience as we work to get this resolved!

could not get this weeks (april28th) will trent either.  got earlier versions.  even restarted the box.  It is a Comcast problem.  not sure about today (5/1)  really unreliable service sometimes.  No problem getting the bill though.....
