Xumo box stuck on settings screen

I experience the same issue as described here: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/flex/xumo-box-stuck-on-settings-screen/6676215d1deaa65c6c375bcf#.

We just moved to another apartment and first few hours the TV via Xumo did work but then it stuck in Settings. It asked to link the account and we did but it got back to the same screen asking to link the account :( And it went like that endlessly. We tried to reset it to factory settings, unplugged power cord etc. Nothing helped.
