XR15 Remote

I just installed a newer cable box.  I programmed the xr15 remote & paired it to my tv.  However, l must have done something wrong.  The middle button used to be the "OK" button.  But when l bring up the guide & scroll to the channel l want, l hit the button & closed caption comes on!  It doesn't change the channel.  And the voice remote doesn't work.

@user_a30b30. Thanks for letting us know! That normally means it didn't actually pair or there is another issue, such as an incompatible box. Let me know if I can help.

All of a sudden our xr15 stopped working with our tv and audio receiver. I spent all day following all the instructions ( resetting, repairing etc) I now have the tv (Panasonic) working with remote(power on/off, change channels, using microphone) but cannot pair my sony av receiver for audio. When I try to set up it searches for a code but I get no code and it keeps asking if it works now. After all day on this I am now using g 2 remotes , the xr15 for tv And the Sony remote for audio functions. Help

Hi, @user_2befe7. We're here to help. After you begin pairing your remote and are given the code, enter the code and press the back button afterward. It should prompt you to complete the pairing and allow you to set up your audio devices.
