V58 Message on TIVo

A week or so ago all of my TIVO channels became not authorized.  They all show up on the Guide, but when I click on one it is unauthorized.  This is very frustrating for the amount of money we pay per month.

KableKat Hello there! Thank you so much for using our Forums and for taking the time to reach us. We are here happy to work with you to see what is going on with your Tivo channels. To get started can you send us a DM with your name and address? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
