Use Antenna to get local channels

I have an internet only plan and want to use my Leaf Antenna to get my local channels.  am I able to do that and how?

I'm not too familiar with Leaf Antennas and capturing your local channels but If you're an internet only customer, you can take advantage of Xfinity Flex for all your TV needs for free. Xfinity Flex lets you easily access all your favorite apps and networks, including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, Paramount+, Spotify, HBO Max and more. You also have access to over 10,000 free shows and movies, including 200 channels, from free apps like XUMO, Tubi and Pluto. You would not get regular live TV such as NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX but this will give you some content to watch!

The user's guide for your TV set should describe how to hook up the antenna, scan for over-the-air channels, and watch them. If you can't find that information please post the TV set model number we'll try to help.

I have an Insignia tv but don’t have the remote. Only have the Xfinity new remote set up for this new Flex plan. I just want to try to get the news without paying for YouTube TV

While the Flex box doesn't have access to your normal live TV. Since you have both the Flex box and internet you have Peacock included which offers live broadcast and on demand associated with your local NMC network. For more info please refer to
