Hello! We appreciate you bringing this issue up so that we can help out! What model TV box are you using? Are you trying to utilize the Power Saver mode and that is what is not going through successfully?

I appreciate your help troubleshooting @user_5c98ea . I just want to make sure everybody is on the same page. There are two modes for your TV Box when there has been no activity for four hours. Power Saver Mode, which conserves your power, and Nap Mode, which does not save power.

Your TV Box will automatically go into Nap Mode after four hours of inactivity if you do not have Power Saver on. If Power Saver mode is on, you will see an "Are You Still There?" message on your screen. If you do not respond to this message, your TV Box will go into Power Saver mode.

To turn Power Saver on:

·       Navigate to Settings > Device Settings > Power Preferences > Power Saver > ON.

·       Once your TV Box is powered down, turn it back on by pressing any button on your remote control.

·       Note: New X1 TV Box installations will default to Power Saver "On."

Is this what you have been looking to do or did you have something different in mind? Thanks for working with our team. I am sure we will get to the bottom of this together.
