TV only showing Comcast Internal Use Safe Channel and can not be changed. This is on HDMI not on HDM2

jej2514 Thanks for reaching out! Have you tried to restart the Xfinity TV box to gain access to all channels?

I did try your suggestion to restart and was still not able to access channels. 

Xfinity technician came and found that my box was very old and that the cable line had deteriorated. He replaced both and tv is working fine now.
