TV connecting failure

Anyone else having a problem with their cable TV connecting?   This is the second day our TV is not connecting.   Yesterday there was a problem with Xfinity.   I'm checking to see if anyone else is having a reoccurring issue .

We have already responded to your private message, however, we can troubleshoot here until it is necessary to go back to private messaging. 

 

Can you tell us if you are getting an error message or code?

Somehow you guys must have known what was up.   Xfinity did a remote reboot for the TV and it is now working.

So if it's working,  I'm not going to mess with it !
