My tv goes on and off. It won't stay on. Also, I was given the wrong remote, but it worked fine for several months except for the fact that I have to get up and turn the tv on and off. But once it is turned on, it doesn't stay on. It goes off, comes back on for a few minutes and goes off again. All connections are secure.

If all the connections are secure and the TV Box powers on but won't stay on, there are a few possible causes. The issue could be related to the power source, the box itself, or a software problem preventing the box from completing startup.
Can you tell us a little more about what you're seeing? Does the box display any lights before turning off? Does it shut off completely, or does it appear to reboot repeatedly? Are you seeing anything on the TV screen before it powers down?
If you haven't already, try plugging the TV Box directly into a different wall outlet and performing a full power cycle by unplugging it for about 30 seconds before reconnecting it.

Everything is secure. The bhox appears to be on. I am thinking it might be the signal, but my other TVs work and the phone works.
