This box would need to go through ACTIVATION like any new or replaced box. Have you followed that procedure?

 

Start by plugging the box in. If it does not start loading data after a minute or two, it works best to call the number supplied and they will help if needed. Make sure all cables are connected to box and teletion correctly per directions in TV's manual.
