Why does the connection fail and require reboot every day?
It is a wired connection to the router.

We definitely want to ensure you are able to watch Netflix without any interruptions. You have reached the right place for troubleshooting. Is this the only device you are having issues with your internet connection?
the dvd player / netflix connection is the most frequent issue.
Is this device connected over WiFi or ethernet? How often does it disconnect?
disconnects only after 1 or 2 hours of non=use.
Let's get the account pulled up so we can look at the connections from our end. If only this device is having issues, the issues may be with the DVD player. Can you send me a PM with your name and address?
