Please fix Saved Search option on TV

For a couple of weeks now, when we try to pull up a show we have in "saved search", it says "no match found".  If we go in an out of the Saved Search a few times, it eventually lists the show.  

Pease have this problem fixed.  Quite annoying.  Thanks.

Hey @rufus97, thank you for brining the saved search to our attention. I'm not showing any known issue with it as of yet. Have you tried any troubleshooting like restarting the box etc?

Actually, we had to restart the box recently (forget exactly the problem), and the Search had problems before and after that.  We had to get Xfinity to reset modem earlier today because we had no Internet.  The Search has had ongoing problems.   Seemed ok last night.

Thanks for catching me up to speed and I'm sorry to hear you were having internet problems as well. I was trying to check on my box to see if it was working but I'm not finding a saved search option. Is it showing in the DVR menu?

@XfinityNicolas​ We don't have DVR.

On our box, we go to Menu, then Search, then type in the show and hit save.    Then to watch show, go to Menu, then Saved Search, and click on that.  When it works, all the episodes appear.  When it's not working (like most of the time now), it says No Match Found.

Ours is a Legacy Box, fairly new.

It might be a good idea if we run through some troubleshooting steps with you. Could you send us a DM with your name and full address by doing the following, 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
