Nursing home set up

Two TVs to a room at moms nursing home but each TV remote controls BOTH TVs. So no way to watch different programs.  Totally terrible interface on the remote for the elderly. Once again Comcast (edited: language, please see Forums Guidelines https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/xfinity-forum-guidelines/602da8fdc5375f08cd20b38c) its customers.

@user_f02ec7 Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I can understand how this would be truly frustrating. We would love to do some troubleshooting to get the remotes working properly. When you programmed the remotes, were both boxes on at the same time?

@XfinityTimothyA ;Thanks for replying.  The set up is standard to the nursing home and we weren't there for the setup.   Seems to be no easy way to fix it. Just Xfinity overcharging again for a substandard product.  Luckily she is getting released soon.  If she were staying I would die on this hill but so many other battles to face with the Xfinity.  Basically a utility that overcharges and offshores all their customer support.  ....

I appreciate you bring this to our attention @user_f02ec7. I am sorry to hear the cable in the room is set up this way. Ideally each TV should have a separate cable box with a separate remote. Is the cable set up through the nursing home (a business account) or does each tenant pay for the cable through a personal residential account (billed through us to your mom directly)? We would be happy to help get this fixed up so that your mom and her roommate can watch different shows.
