Non x1 box
I have an old DC50X box. I’ve tried the usual things of plugging and unplugging, but it is not lighting up. Do I need a new box?

@user_33857a, it does sound like we may need to replace or upgade the box itself, yes. Will you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
