Netflix

Whenever I attempt to start NetFlix it locks up and just freeze at various points of the process.  It is intermittent where it locks up, but it does it every time.  However, this only happens on one of my Xfinity devices.  All other Xfinity devices do not experience this issue.  I have restarted this device, powered it down by removing the power cord and event performed a complete refresh of my account using the Xfinity application, but the problem persists with this device.

Hi @user_4843b7 Thank you for contacting us about your account and the Netflix subscription. Sometimes plans come the Netflix service included as part of your plan. If Netflix is included in your X1 package, it will be listed in the "Bundled Services" or the "Regular monthly charges" section of your bill and in My Account on the app or the MyAccount portal.

We can help you check to see if you have this or cancel it if it was added in error. Please send us a Peer-to-Peer chat message by clicking the chat icon on the top right corner of this page. Make sure to select 'Xfinity Support'  and include your name and service address in your private chat message. Thank you!
