"my recordings" / DVR Options Missing

Suddenly, on all three set top boxes in the house, the Xfinity "Quick Menu" no longer shows "DVR" as an option. (It's been replaced by "All HD TV".)

Xfinity is sending us three newer X1 set top boxes to replace our RNG non-X1 boxes. We'll see if it fixes it -- if not, if it turns out to be a central account settings issue that others have reported, I'll update here.

 To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary

 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 Press Enter to send it

The newer (x1) boxes restored the DVR menus (altho they're diff now because they're x1)
