Issues with cable box - RNG150NP2

The signal is very hit or miss. sometimes we get no signal, other times it has a purple tint to the picture, no sound and sometimes the picture and sound flickers in and out. I checked the box configuration under the menu screen. These Messages and codes flashed on the screen. - 

  • Message 1849 Status X9 0000
  • Message 1847 Status X8 0000
  • Message 1845 Status X7 0
  • Message 1843 Status X6 0
  • Message 1841 Status X5 0
  • Message 1839 Status X4 0000

Hey @user_cgn9gl, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums about the TV. Having errors and purple tint would sure make it hard to enjoy your shows and I'd love to help. Is it just the TV you noticed signal issue or do you have other services that are being impacted too? Also, have you check to make sure the coaxial cable in the back is finger tight?
