I have a defective XG1v4-A (Arris AX014ANM) wired 4K DVR and EVEN THOUGH THE EXACT MODEL WAS REQUESTED, THE WRONG BOX IS SHIPPED.
I have a defective XG1v4-A (Arris AX014ANM) wired 4K DVR and EVEN THOUGH THE EXACT MODEL WAS REQUESTED, THE WRONG BOX IS SHIPPED. How do I get the right box? Stores tell me they can’t get the XG1v4. Calling comcast tech support and they ship the wrong box. Each time one is shipped there are charges for initiating it and shipping. This is beyond frustrating!!

Thank you for taking the time to detail your experience within an official post. I want to clarify that while support teams do have the ability to select the equipment type, there is not a choice to select the exact model type. The warehouse team is in control of the models that are shipped out. There should be no issues that occur regardless of model type that is shipped. Can you tell me a little more about the issue that you are facing and why you are requesting a specific model?
