Has the Cisco RNG150 box been phased out?

Guide stopped updating a few days ago and now the box (Cisco RNG150) won't power on. It wouldn't surprise me if support has been discontinued (I've had the thing for 10 years), but would it kill ya to actually tell me you were going to brick it ahead of time, if that's the case, so it could be replaced?

I still have one. Replaced it about 4 months ago. However; it might as well be dead. You may still find a replacement in your service area if you check with them. I hope your luck runs better than mne.

I have had trouble the last 3 months with missing local channels every few days, along with many HD channels showing "signal to be returned shortly" but it never happens. I had a trouble code but no one ever showed to check the outside cable and connections. The replacement got back my missing ON DEMAND at that time.

Went and replaced it today; they gave me the X1 box. It works, kinda, but the audio sounds absolutely awful now and the remote (X15) is an absolute mess.
