Guide says "to be announced"
Received a letter stating our box needs to be upgraded to X1. Received new box and it would not connect. Called xfinity and the technician could not get it to connect. Told us if old box was working, it was not needed to upgrade, so we put our old box back to work. Guide populated after a few minutes. Now, approx 4 days later, the guide is not working. All channels state "to be announced". Help please.

Have you tried unplugging the lod box, wait at least 1 minute and plug it back in?
After little over 5 minutes the audio and video should reappear. The quide may take 15 to 30 minutes to fill in.
