DVR option removed from menus, cannot access DVR

A couple of weeks ago DVR just disappeared from all menus. When we press the Xfinity button on the remote there is no option for DVR. we do not have X1, we have an older box/remote/DVR. We hated X1 and took it back years ago. DVR was working as usual up until the day it disappeared from the menu. On Demand doesn't work either.

Hello Lee151. Thank you for exploring our Forums and for creating a post. Have you made any recent changes to your account, that may have resulted in the removal of the DVR Service package? I can assist with reviewing your account and research why you are not able to use your DVR, and assist to fix that. So we can help you, please send us a message with your full name and service address to Xfinity Support. To send us a message, you'll need to sign into the Forums if you are not. Then you'll need to locate and click on the "Direct Message" Icon located in the upper right corner of this page. Next, click the "New Message" (paper & pencil) icon and type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list. You can proceed to type your message in the text area near the bottom, and press enter to send the message. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I sent a message to support. No changes to service. Am paying for DVR service.
