CAN'T ACCESS SOME TV CHANNELS

Can't watch 169 or 769 TCM get  'Not Authorized'

Can't watch these channels (400 STARZ ENCORE, 403 STARZ ENCORE Westerns, 405 STARZ ENCORE Action, 407 STARZ ENCORE Black,
   408 STARZ ENCORE HD,  410 STARZ, 416 STZHD) get 'Subscription Service -  For ordering information, press info'

This started occurring on Friday, February 2nd on box TV-2.

Xfinity technicians are here to setup new Wifi in the whole apartment complex. The installer was asked about those channels and we found out that they are in a higher level of access. We upgraded TCM and STARZ.
