CableCard Re-Pairing

Hello,

I'm aware that CableCard support is currently limited. I'm looking for assistance in re-pairing a previously working CableCard in my Tivo unit. The problem, the TiVo's power supply stopped working and I replaced it, but after it was replaced and I rebooted the TiVo unit the Data ID number had changed from what it was previously and I can no longer receive any channels.
I tried the website hxxps://cablecardactivation.xsp.comcast.net/ to re-pair the CableCard to the TiVo. The card is listed on that Xfinity site but when I enter the new Data ID it fails every time I've tried.

My CableCards remain listed on my account and two of the three I have are working perfectly at the moment. I'd appreciate some help getting to someone who knows how to re-pair the one card.
I have all the information that's needed to do so.

Thank you.

Hey there, @lormoll, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your CableCARD. We would be happy to take a look at your CableCARD details on our end to see if we can help with pairing. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and your full address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
