No, there is not. Please see https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/nonx1-service/cablecard-activation-page-not-working-new-thread/642b71a94d04032f946151e6 and the messages following. The activation phone number is hobbled, but it and perhaps Xfinity's chat are the only ways I know of to activate a CableCard. Either way, everything depends on getting someone who knows how to do it, and that isn't easy!
