cable card help

Hello.  I have a cable card.  I placed my cable TV service on seasonal hold last September.  When I returned to my home yesterday and called Xfinity to reactivate it, no one could help me do so.  All I get is Error Code V58 on all channels - "this channel is not authorized."  I spent nearly all day on the phone yesterday and spoke with 9 different people.  I just need to find someone who understands cable cards and can help me reactivate mine.  I understand that cable cards are being phased out, but I have a functioning cable card that works fine and just needs to be reactivated.  Please help me!
