It looks like you need a new box. The nearest service center would be my first choice for replacement. Otherwise; call: 1-800-XFINITY. Good luck.
I had Motorloa TV box as well. Also time was frozen. I went on Xfinity support site and found I could get new equiptment. After MANY failed attempts for delivery, I found the closest store. Made an appointment for picking up a new box. And picked it up. It was not difficult to hook up as long as you can reach the back of your current tv box. I worked on this from 11/23 til 12/10.
New one. no option Took a week because I tried so many different things. Then customer service told me they would send box Never showed Called again worked through the steps==none of which worked. I would get so frustrated I would sdtop trying for a day or two. With the new tv box I have a picture and can change stations. But never know what will be on. So actually watch VERY little cable tv. 6 to 7 news. I only pay for basic But I have Ruko, Netflex and Prime
need clarification. The tv box has been activated. I get channels. But not a menu or guide
