Cable box...time froze at 12

Motorola front showing box..change channels and have to enter unlock code to watch..guide shows to be announced all channels..satellite time froze at 12..yes rebooted box twice...no luck

Solution...went to xfinity store..swapped box out for one similar..NOT X1... NOTE: Whe. Doing that. Make sure you call and have new box activated after hookup..or it won't work.

It looks like you need a new box. The nearest service center would be my first choice for replacement. Otherwise; call: 1-800-XFINITY. Good luck.

Are the old style boxes even available anymore?? I could not hook up the new ones with a great deal of difficulty..payin a munch of money for stuff that doesn't work

I think the plug in...it's not a game box..it's a cable TV box so don't think you can just go to a store and buy one

I had Motorloa TV box as well.  Also time was frozen.  I went on Xfinity support site and found I could get new equiptment.  After MANY failed attempts for delivery,  I found the closest store.  Made an appointment for picking up a new box.  And picked it up.  It was not difficult to hook up as long as you can reach the back of your current tv box.  I worked on this from 11/23 til 12/10.

New one.  no option  Took a week because I tried so many different things.  Then customer service told me they would send box  Never showed  
Called again worked through the steps==none of which worked.  I would get so frustrated I would sdtop trying for a day or two.   With the new tv box I have a picture and can change stations.  But never know what will be on.  So actually watch VERY little cable tv.  6 to 7  news.   I only pay for basic  But I have Ruko, Netflex and Prime

I had to call and they activated the box...said guide could take up to 2 hours to fully load..but it was there after like a half hour. Call them if you do not have the guide..they should be able to help. You DID get the box from Xfinity..correct?

I just called 1-800-Xfinity....it was somewhat automated..she knew my name and address and that I had new equipment as asked if I wanted it activated. Quick and easy...was totally surprised. Only called when I was unable to do it online like they said you could. Good luck..let me know id ot works for ya.
