Black Screen on All Channels with Tivo Bolt
About 5-6 days ago, I lost all channels. Checked all coax connections and restarted Tivo. Called Comcast and she checked Cablecard pairing and everything on their end. All good. I tried a new coax and splitter (splits incoming line to Tivo and internet). Still black screen. Tivo told me to check settings in Diagnostics and Signal Lock says No - online help says to contact cable provider. But cable provider says to contact Tivo. Any suggestions?
