Black Screen on All Channels with Tivo Bolt

About 5-6 days ago, I lost all channels. Checked all coax connections and restarted Tivo. Called Comcast and she checked Cablecard pairing and everything on their end. All good. I tried a new coax and splitter (splits incoming line to Tivo and internet). Still black screen. Tivo told me to check settings in Diagnostics and Signal Lock says No - online help says to contact cable provider. But cable provider says to contact Tivo. Any suggestions?

I have one other cable outlet that doesn't work as a standalone cable outlet but I use for MoCa with the Bolt. Yes, I have internet through the same coax from the wall and it's working fine. 

 

Coax from wall to splitter to Tivo for MoCa and to modem. From modem, there's ethernet cable to Tivo. Tivo was set to use Ethernet and Moca. Last night, I turned off Moca and restarted Tivo; still all black screens. I also tried a new Ethernet cable from modem to Tivo. Still nothing.

Anyone have anything else I can try? Tivo says it's Comcast problem; Comcast says it's Tivo problem. So now I'm paying both of them and don't have working service. Any help is appreciated.
