Are RNG150 boxes no longer supported?

Are the RNG150 STB no longer supported?

Since approx 1 Jan 2021, the menu Search and On Demand don't work and give ever changing error codes. I realize Xfinity wants people on X1, but do we HAVE to? And if I *have* to go to X1, how do I ensure I do NOT get a voice remote?
Thanks very much!! (FWIW the reception of channels is fantastic.)

The Cisco RNG150N cable-box is still supported for those of us not using Comcast Internet. Your current box may need to be exchanged for another one.
