@XfinityJessie I'm sorry to have sent a DM right off the bat, but I was told that was the best way to approach it. I'm new to this forum and this way of getting customer service. My concern is that I recently had an issue with my cable and while getting it corrected I discovered that I have been charged for 4 cable boxes for the entire time I've had my service when I have only ever had 3 boxes for my 3 TVs. I would like to be reimbursed for this overage retroactively back to the beginning of my service.
