Change Community Forum ID/Name

Welcome back to the Xfinity Forum. We sincerely apologize for the issue you are experiencing with your previous username @1204AGM . After searching the username it does appear that the username is still active and is available for you to access with the correct email and associated password. I can also tell you that the email you used for this new username is not the same that you used for that other username. 

If you do not remember these credentials for the AGM1204 username, feel free to private message me with your full name, address and phone number to discuss/update this information.

Seems there is no self-serve way to do this.  I notice in the archives, changing my forum user name is possible....

The username Perrier was already in use by another user, so I changed your username to Perrier1. If this does not work for you or you would like another username, please let us know here.
