My 2 RNG100 cable boxes stopped connecting to the network Friday night at the same time. My DTA and modem still work. I have done all the trouble shooting and talked to a customer service representative who said there was nothing they could do at this time. They sent a reboot signal to 1 of the boxes and it rebooted, loaded the program data and ended on a blue screen that says the box is not authorized and call this number. I still reboot the boxes a few times a day and I've checked cables and splitters with no luck. I am at a loss, what can be done?
