Xfinity sent me a second flex box against my will and have charged me for it
After I finished the 1 year promotional period I was sent a second flex box. Before starting the new plan I ticked the box that specifically said that I didn't want one because I already have one.... not that I even wanted the initial one in the first place.
The second box is currently unopened in the corner collecting dust like the first. I was charged an additional $5 dollars for this second box I never asked for, I'm looking to mail both back to wherever they need to go and I'm writing this to not only inform people but also to give xfinity a chance to correct this before I file a complaint.

You should not have been sent something that you specifically did not want, and we can get this fixed for you. In regards to the return of the boxes, please click this link.
