Flex box fee

Why were 2 Flex boxes sent to me when I was lead to believe the Flex service was free? I did not request 2 boxes but now I am being billed $5.00 per month until the equipement I never asked for gets returned.

 

To be honest, I did not want any Flex box at all since I use the service through an AppleTV box, but for some unknown reason, the premium Peacock becomes free only after a Flex box is shipped.

 

Will Comcast will refund these fees and taxes for the extra box I never ordered to begin with once the box has been returned?
