Are you trying to log in to webmail or have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? If the former you can change your password here: https://xfinity.com/password

Are you seeing a specific error message or code when you try to access your email box? If you visit the Xfinity email website, https://www.xfinity.com/email,, are you able to login and view your emails?
